Fruit-Full Beginnings

  • Summerland Museum and Archives 9521 Wharton Street Summerland, BC, V0H 1Z0 Canada (map)

This will be the second of four Summer History Programs designed to get children engaging with Summerland’s rich history and the museum environment. This week we will be focusing on the life of pioneers in the area and the local fruit industry.

These activities are drop-in by donation (2$ suggested) and best suited to children ages 6-10. For more information, please contact Sydney at summerhistoryprogram@gmail.com.

We would like to thank Young Canada Works and the BC Rural Dividend Fund for grants that have enabled us to provide this programming.
